At the start of this project, an important interior trend was the convergence of the living and kitchen environment, as a result of which different aesthetic demands were placed on the kitchen and its equipment.

The German Gutmann Exklusiv Hauben approached Van Berlo to design a new series of architectural range hoods, which are an attractive addition to the interior.

As a designer in the Van Berlo team, I created hood concepts with an architectural appearance, in which I integrated innovative functions such as indirect light and tilting glass in an innovative way.

The product range is characterized by an elegant balance between user experience and design, and has laid the foundation for Gutmann's success.
